Alchemy of the Heart

This is a 4-days workshop with Nishant Matthews.

Our hearts carry many precious gifts: the ability to love, to meet and embrace others, to offer the clear expression of our inner nature, to transform all negativity.

Unfortunately, many of our heart capacities are covered over by our need for protection and by all the defense systems of the ego.

This workshop offers the opportunity to recover the presence of the heart. To discover and protect its tenderness and the many gifts of love and connection that come through daring to live the tenderness of our heart.

We will explore heart skills, energy work and meditations that allow the unfolding heart to embrace all of us, and in that embrace, open us to heartful connection with others as well.
