Introduction to Craniosacral Balancing

Listening Hands is a 4-days introduction to Craniosacral Balancing with Pavitra Wolf.

The magic of Craniosacral Balancing is that it brings forth the body’s natural intelligence and self-healing forces. That is why it is highly effective with all kinds of physical problems. At the same time it is a very respectful and sensitive tool for addressing stress and emotional trauma.

The less we are actively doing and the more we can just be present with focus and intention, the more the client’s body-mind-soul system (dreambody) is supported to come back to its inherent Health. Thus, already with little “knowledge” and few hands-on techniques your clients will benefit immensely from your being present with Listening Hands.

In this workshop we will explore the basics of Craniosacral Balancing, focusing on the experiential. You will gain basic tools to ease pain and support relaxing and recharging your client’s dreambody. You will also discover Heart skills and “read” subtle energies. Part of our practice will be waiting and non-doing (what the Tao calls wu-wei).

Besides, deepening our sensitivity is in itself an adventure that has no end to it.

Skill Development

- Sensing the subtle movements of the Cranial wave and
  developing Listening Hands.

- Gaining basic tools using hands-on techniques to ease pain
and support relaxing and recharging your client’s dreambody.

- Discovering Heart skills and “reading” subtle energies.

- Being present with focus and intention.

- Practicing waiting and non-doing (wu-wei).

Wu-wei means action without action.
It means doing without doing.
It means allowing that which wants to happen.
Don't do it, allow it to happen. And that is the way of the heart.

Still the Body

still the body

still the mind

still the voice inside

this feeling

Every cell in the body is permeated by the field,
each body part is a hologram of the whole;
we can thus access the whole
through its representation in the part.
Craniosacral work is based on the understanding
that any one bone is a hologram of the entire dreambody,
the mind-body-spirit unity. When it is balanced,
it exerts a profound balancing effect on the whole.
