Through a series of simple exercises, we feel and know the basic goodness in our family heritage. We discover how this goodness is also flowing through us. We recover connection with this essence quality, a connection that may have been lost or damaged through the distorted relating that most of us experienced in childhood. We have an opportunity to step through the painful relationships we may have been caught in, and stand again in a deep connection with the true nature of our family line.
We find our place in this line of development. As we do this, we find deep support and nourishment coming back from the family line. Appreciation and love are freed to flow both ways. We find ourselves standing on good solid ground. We feel empowered and supported by the gift of our family heritage.
